Chef Marcus Samuelsson works his magic there. He had a second Aquavit in Minneaahhpolis, which succumbed to the post 9/11 restaurant slump. If you are a competent home cook, try Sanuelsson's cookbook: Aquavit: And the New Scandinavian Cuisine. There is also a PBS series with bubbly Swedes cooking a combination of traditional and new recipes from Lapp villages to southern Denmark.
