Hi Peter,
Nice to see a reference to my school (Ivey). I teach a course there on the “Global Environment of Business” which is a hybrid International Trade/Macro/Strategy class.
I just wish my own Ivey case cracked the top 10, instead of being somewhere about 1000th or so!
