Rejecta Mathematica is an open-access journal featuring papers rejected by peer-reviewed mathematics journals. Each article includes an author’s statement describing the peer-review experience and explaining why the paper shouldn’t have been rejected. Great concept! I eagerly await the first issues of Rejecta Economica and Rejecta Stratetgica.

    Peter, What are you waiting for? Sounds like the perfect project! You could even exploit scope economies and name it Rejecta Economica et Strategica (although the one might agree with the rejection of the other, so maybe not).
